Aluminium alloy casting

We specialize in aluminium alloy casting at the Alutech foundry. The casting process has a capacity for casting quantities between 200 and 7,000 pieces yearly; weight between 0.1 and 40 kg; cast length between 15 and 1,000 mm.

The casting capacity is of up to 100 tons of casts per year. Aluminium casting is carried out for:

• construction works (coupling elements in constructions)
• pneumatics (filter housings of various lengths and diameters)
• mechanical engineering (different engineering elements)
• electro engineering (housings for electric hand tools)

We cast aluminium alloys conforming to DrN 1725 standard. Ingots with known chemical structure are used as the raw material or alloys of silicon, copper and magnesium may be used on a customer’s request. Thermal processing is also possible. Maximum size of the mould is 1,100 × 840 × 350 mm.

We cast aluminium for Slovene as well as foreign markets (Italian, German, Belgian, etc.). We also manufacture moulds — tools; final processing is done in a CNC lathe and a CNC processing centre. Finally, the products are painted with electrostatic powder.
